​Sample Menu Concepts

We draw upon the legendary bounty of the Hudson River Valley and Columbia County sourcing as many ingredients as possible from local farms and artisan food producers/purveyors. Cheese, meats, poultry and vegetables come from nearby farms while herbs, tomatoes, berries and corn are grown on our own fields.  Inventive and unpretentious we strive for a casual elegance with flavorful flare.

Pan Asian Grilled ChickenMarinated in pomegranate ponzu served on a bed of crisp greens, cucumbers, scallion & crispy noodles

BCE BBQ RibsChoice of either tender pork or beef ribs charcoal & hickory wood grilled marinated in our own BBQ sauce served with smashed potato pie, sweet local corn

Lobster RollsChilled whole 11/2 lb lobster lightly dressed in our special tarragon/herb mayo served on warmed homemade rolls served with German potato salad, cole slaw and sweet local corn.

Grilled Salmon or Trout   lemon/herb butter or white wine & juniper reduction with wild rice grilled fresh vegetable medley

 

The Ultimate BurgerA 12 oz burger marinated in our secret sauce with herbs grilled to perfection sliced down the middle, select your favorite cheese, & bacon if you dare with roasted sweet vidalia onion, big slices of homegrown tomatoes, crispy lettuce. Served on a fresh in house baked roll  with sides of cole slaw & German potato salad.

Coney Island Knockwurst Plump and juicy grilled and served on toasted hero with mango salsa relish or sauerkraut, grilled onions and sweet peppers with side of cole slaw and corn on the cob.
